LEAGUE RULES
THE LEAGUE SERVER HAS NO RATINGS, RATINGS SUCK AND I'M THE GREATEST ANYWAYS! ;D
All Replays And Complaints Are Reviewed By At Least Three (3) Admins Before Any Action Is Taken
NO Bonus Kill Points Awarded For Taking Leader Out Of 1st Place ( 25 points for taking leader out of 1st and 10 points for an assist)
The server will be OPEN so that anyone can join in on League races.
If Driver Has Complaint They MUST Put Their Gripe here "Complaint Forums" And Then Admins Will Review Replay.
If Driver Has Complaint They MUST Put Their Gripe here "Complaint Forums" And Then Admins Will Review Replay.
1. No Wrecking Until AFTER Start/Finish Line. Wrecking Before Start/Finish Line Will Result In A Restart, until the bottom of the hour (8:30, 7:30 etc). I will give notice when we will have no more restarts, example: "2 MORE RESTARTS or NO MORE RS" something like that. [If you hit a car or cause another driver to lose positions before the S/F line on the last restart, you will receive a -50 penalty for that race.] see Amendment 2
2. NO Black Flags Will Be Cleared By Admin, You Must Pit To Clear Your Black Flag. (league races only)
3. Towed Cars will be allowed back on track to race and wreck, but if your engine is blown your done, retire as soon as you get stopped staying out of other drivers way while getting stopped. REMEMBER, this is a League race so unlike normal races where you can stay on the track, in League races you need to get out of the traffic lane, get stopped and call a tow ASAP and, DO NOT GET BACK ON TRACK AS RETIRED! If you do you will forfeit all your points for that race, PERIOD.
4. Flaming--ALLOWED ---- Racism IS NOT!!!
5a. In League/Long races you cannot come on track right after pit exit line, wait until at least turn 1 (SS & SW tracks) or turn turn 2 (ST tracks). It is drivers responsibility to navigate turn slow enough so as not to flip onto the track. Road Courses usually have a long lead-in before getting on the track so use it as you see it. (50 Points Loss If You Lose Control Eff. 12-11-14)
5b. If you are exiting pits and hear/see/know the leader is coming, DO NOT! jump right on track to try and wreck them. Enter track normally and then try and catch them so you can take leader out at full speed. [If you come right on track to wreck leader you will receive a -50 fine for first car you hit and -25 for any other car that gets involved due to your carelessness.]
6. Track or pit sitting is not allowed, if it is determined you were doing this you will be fined points. (pit sitting = waiting in pits for leader to wreck. if you have to piss or poop park car on track, let it run 2 MPH, LET US KNOW, do your thing and race some more.)
7. A - Points will be subtracted from your total if it is deemed you are sandbagging. (sandbagging is intentionally going slower then others so they catch up to you and you wreck them.
(If leaders ((or anyone else)) catch you, let them pass and then catch them and kick their asses)this is the way, as long as you didn't sandbag. [See Amendment 2]
B - The Leader MUST stay within the track boundaries when avoiding getting wrecked. (ie between wall and white line), going off track (unless forced) is a -50 point fine each incident. (see note below)
8. AT ALL TIMES the pits, pit entry and pit exit are considered neutral and as such any wrecking in pits may result in a black flag or loss of points or both. (SEE NOTES)
9. We Will Restart Race Within the 1st to 5th lap only if A Drivers Engine Blows, You Must Let The Admin In Charge Know It Happened. Number of laps is determined by size of track. (ie short track is 4 or 5 laps)
10. No Going Backwards On Track Except To Get Turned Around. If Driver Goes Backwards On Track (in league race) With The Intention To Wreck Others They Will Be Fined 25 Points For Each Car They Pass And Will Forfeit All Race Points If They Hit car While Going Backwards. (if someone see this happen they may file a complaint)
Amendment 1 - The Leader Is Not Considered As Being On Pit Road Until near Turn 4 And Under The Line. Until That Point They Are Considered On The Track.
The Leader May, However, Do Most Anything On The Track Itself To Protect Their Position As Long As They Do Not Drop Below The Apron Line.
If The Leader Dives To Or Pretends To Pit Just To Avoid Being Wrecked They May Be Subject To A 50 Point Penalty.
Amendment 2 - If driver causes wreck before S/F line (at start of race) on the last restart they will be fined 50 points for the wreck and an additional 25 points for each car that is involved in that wreck up to 185 points.
Amendment 3 - Leader has FREE RIDE on the FIRST LAP. There is no leader wrecking UNTIL we are in LAP 2. Wrecking the leader on lap 1 will result in a 25 point fine to every driver deemed to have intentionally wrecked leader. (if driver just gets caught up in incident they will not be fined) The final decision will be made by 3 admins that review replay.
Amendment 3 - If a car is seen to be warping or disappearing during league race, any driver in that race MAY Poll to eject said driver. The command to eject a driver is (include the exclamation point):
!poll eject player [<comment>] (example - !poll eject #62 bad warping - the comment would be the words 'bad warping' in this case.) I suggest leaving the comment out if on a short track or road course but it is up to the one polling. Hit F11 to vote YES or F12 to vote NO on the top row F keys.
NOTES:
RULE 7A - If you see the leader way behind you and you slow so they can catch up and you wreck them, that's sandbagging...If you see leader coming out of pits (while your on track) and slow down so that they get on track and then you wreck them, that's sandbagging...If leader calls their PIT and start slowing and getting on the apron and you wreck them, that's pit entry wrecking.
Rule 7B - The driver trying to take the leader out must also stay within the track boundaries while in the process of making the attempt. If the car wrecking does succeed in taking the leader out of 1st by such action, they may be stripped of the kill (and/or more) if it is viewed. If the car being wrecked (the leader) goes out of boundaries to avoid getting wrecked because of said action, they may be absolved of any penalties. The circumstances of each separate occurrence will be judged on a Case By Case basis.
RULE 8 - Pit entry is that point from just before turn 4 to the pit road speed limit line. This may depend on the track as different tracks may require different entry points. Pit exit is considered from the point you can increase your speed to coming out of turn 2 and onto backstretch. 50 Point Loss Each Incident
Amendment 1 - In both cases a driver needs to be below the race line to be considered on pit entry or exit. These are not to be used for dodging cars trying to wreck you if your a lead car. Driver/leader must stay within the boundaries of the track itself if they are trying to avoid getting wrecked (unless they are avoiding a wreck in progress)
Amendment 2 - If the leader is passing a driver (in race) on the track ALL DRIVERS will allow the leader to pass clean. When the leader has passed you, it is okay at that time for a driver to catch the leader and then spin them out in order to gain positions or laps. If any driver wrecks/spins the leader before they have fully passed the driver they will be accessed a 50 point fine for a race infraction. This does include when a driver is exiting pits. If a driver that normally drives good (we know who you are, and this includes everyone) starts hitting the wall or runs on the apron/grass to slow down, this will be considered sandbagging and will also be considered a race infraction with a fine given. Wreck like you have a pair, not like your a fim panzy with a load in your pants.
WHEN RACE IS OVER AND OFFICIAL PIT WRECKING IS ACCEPTABLE. WAIT FOR SERVER TO SAY RACE IS OVER THOUGH.
