Can you try to re-upload and re-post? There is a problem with this file. Only about half of the file downloads. Also, after extracting from the zip, the filename is not in a format that the game will recognize.

Sorry, but a png format file won't work. First, after I would resave it as a tga file and import into the game, it would be impossible to create the same driver details that you are using. Additionally, there will be no pit crew details. And finally, I can't guess which actual filename you use for the car details, so even if I get the rest in decent shape, nobody will see your car.
In order to see your car, we need a copy of the file from your series/cup/cars folder that is in the format carname.cup.car. The first one you posted was close, but it was named wrong and an incomplete file. The second one is nice to look at, but it's not useful to other drivers.
Please understand that I'm not trying to make this difficult for you -- I'm just trying to help you get your car posted so we can see it.

The file was named 38_k_kahne.cup.car and somehow it was named 38_k_kahnecup.car. Somehow it got garbled midway.
